半自(zi)動(dong)混凝土粉(fen)樣(yang)分層(ceng)研磨(mo)機在試件側(ce)向進(jin)(jin)給(gei)系(xi)統進(jin)(jin)行了輪控,可(ke)(ke)準確到0.01毫米,每(mei)旋轉一圈(quan)進(jin)(jin)給(gei)1毫米,可(ke)(ke)通過轉盤百分刻度(du)盤控制(zhi)進(jin)(jin)給(gei)量,旋轉速度(du)可(ke)(ke)根據需要進(jin)(jin)行設(she)定(ding)。

該半(ban)自動混凝(ning)土分(fen)層磨粉機滿足《水運工程結構耐(nai)久性設計標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)》(JTS153- 2015)中混凝(ning)土制樣(yang)和(he)取粉的(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)。根據標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)中“H.4 浸漬(zi)深度(du)試(shi)驗(yan)-熱分(fen)解氣(qi)相色(se)譜法”的(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),采(cai)用四爪卡(ka)盤夾持(chi)的(de)混凝(ning)土試(shi)樣(yang),采(cai)用平磨邊(bian)輪和(he) V 型邊(bian)輪,打磨圓形試(shi)件側面,可獲得芯樣(yang)距離邊(bian)緣 5mm的(de)粉末,并隨深度(du)增加,磨粉范圍減(jian)少。同時滿足標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)中“H.5 氯(lv)化(hua)物吸(xi)收量降低效(xiao)果試(shi)驗(yan)”中取粉的(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)。

亦(yi)可滿足(zu)《水運工程材料試驗規程》(JTS/T232-2019)中混(hun)凝(ning)土制樣和取粉(fen)的(de)要求(qiu)而設計制造的(de)專用研磨設備。同時適應JTJ275-2000《海(hai)港工程混(hun)凝(ning)土結構表(biao)面(mian)涂層防腐技(ji)術規范》、JTT695-2007《混(hun)凝(ning)土橋梁(liang)結構表(biao)面(mian)涂層防腐技(ji)術規范》及《混(hun)凝(ning)土結構耐久性設計規范》GB/T50476-2008制粉(fen)要求(qiu)。
